1. Agreement to Terms

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13. Minors must have a parent or guardian agree where required.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us about unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and paid plans may be offered. Stripe processes recurring payments. Current pricing, trial terms, refund terms and cancellation controls appear in the Service. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, resell it, share credentials, evade limits, compromise security or generate harmful content.
6. AI Tutor
AI responses may contain errors and are not professional advice. Treat them as a supplement to verified lesson content.
7. Educational Content
Lessons and questions are for personal study and may not be republished or commercially redistributed.
8. User Content
You keep ownership of submissions and grant us permission to process them to provide the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, design, code, content and marks belong to Theory of Pi or its licensors.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to cover claims arising from your violation of these Terms where permitted by law.
13. Termination
We may suspend access for violations. You may close your account and cancel your subscription.
14. Changes to Terms
Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
15. Governing Law
Quebec and applicable Canadian federal law govern these Terms; disputes are heard in Montreal, Quebec.
